1. Candidate Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualities:

Hardworking, patient, and able to handle challenging caregiving situations.

Compassionate, caring, and able to empathize with the elderly.

Physically healthy, honest, diligent, and responsible.
Priority will be given to candidates who:

Graduated in Nursing or related healthcare fields.
-
Have experience working in hospitals.
-
Have worked in elderly care centers or nursing homes.
-
Have experience caring for seniors at home or providing patient care.
2. Job Description
-
Provide care, support, and monitor the health and daily activities of the elderly.
-
Check vital signs such as pulse, temperature, breathing, and sleep quality throughout the shift.
-
Assist with meals: feeding, preparing porridge/milk, and reminding seniors to take medicine on time as instructed by doctors.
-
Assist with personal hygiene for the elderly.
-
Clean and maintain the senior’s room and surrounding areas.
-
Engage in conversations, provide companionship, and create emotional support for the elderly.
-
Perform other caregiving duties within the scope of elderly and patient care.
3. Working Hours
-
Day or night shifts available.
-
4 days off per month.
-
Working hours: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (2-hour lunch break).
4. Benefits at Binh My Care
